Dudley and Bob Costume Contest - 10/28/2011 [Bakers St. Pub - Austin, TX]

Last night was a total blast, even if I didn’t place in the costume contest.  There were a lot of competition, but here were a handful of my favorites.

1) My friends David, Mike, and myself
2) A whole other WWF crew with toy championship belts
3) Lady robot getting down on the dancefloor with Lego Batman
4) Bender and Leela!
5) An amazing clown that was a pretty nice conversationalist
6) Betty and Jughead!
7) An absolute knockout with that made everyones’ jaws drop whenever she strolled by
8) Winner of the contest - a guy on stilts dressed as Bumblebee.  The fucker had working headlights, brights, taillights, and had a mask that shot green and yellow lasers around.  He walked away with $2000!

The ringleader of the other WWF crew was their Hulk Hogan, and we had a fun time hamming it up for other people.  However, I could tell that the “Rowdy” Roddy Piper of the group was getting his panties in a wad with my hanging around stealing photo-time from him and the other characters.  Mostly nice, but I tended to stick with the Warrior I met up with and had several conversations about wrestling with strangers scattered throughout the bar.
